Britta works closely with her clients through all stages of the interior design process, from the initial concept and space planning, through to the furniture installation and styling. In order to create a cohesive and unique interior, Britta brings a high level of creativity to the process, suggesting ideas, designs and solutions our clients may not have considered. Britta always aims to exceed client’s expectations and just as importantly, make the design journey a fun and enjoyable one!

Projects range from complete renovations and build through to a home ‘re-fresh’, when structural changes aren’t necessary but perhaps new colour scheme, soft furnishings and furniture are required to give a room an update.

Britta sources from a spectrum of known and trusted suppliers depending on the client’s requirements and budget. Furthermore, BB Designs is also increasingly conscious of carbon footprint and therefore tries to incorporate vintage pieces or introduce brands with sustainable ethics whenever possible.

“I have always loved to mix old with new when it comes to interiors. Whether it is a family heirloom, or a sourced antique gem, these pieces are often what gives an interior unique and can balance a scheme.”

Over the years Britta has had the opportunity to work alongside and develop relationships with a range of highly skilled craftsmen and trades, all of which help to create unique interior design and homes for her clients. Britta also works alongside client’s existing builders and architects should the client prefer.
